Free Lunch with Pilot from Africa

Wings of the Morning Ministry

Program is for all ages, especially children.

We are delighted to host Gaston & Jeanne Ntambo from the Democratic Republic of the Congo for lunch in the Social Hall, after Vacation Bible School ends on Wednesday, July 26.

Gaston is the United Methodist pilot of the Wings of the Morning ministry, which flies into the most vulnerable villages in the North Katanga Annual Conference in Africa, where doctors and medical care are scarce. He is the son of Bishop Ntambo, who visited us in 2015.

Hilliard UMC helped raise the $3 million necessary for the purchase of the plane.

Gaston will share some of the incredible stories of how lives are saved and transformed through the ministries of the United Methodist Church.

No cost for the lunch. A free-will offering will be accepted for the Wings of the Morning ministry.
