55+ Yoga

Wellness opportunity for those age 55+, for all fitness and physical skill levels; no exercise experience necessary.

Learn breathing techniques and meditative prayer.

Gentle, low-impact exercise is tailored to the individual and will include either chair or mat work as appropriate.

Wear comfortable, loose clothing.

Instructors: Eszter Gozon and Troy Pyles, certified yoga instructors under Tiffany Yee.
