What is the difference between a Puppeteer and a Propeteer?

A Puppeteer is someone who is more experienced with puppets and has worked with manipulating puppets, props, etc. (experience not always necessary).
A Propeteer is someone who is in their first year of The ARM Ministers. They will remain a Propeteer for one year before they become a full-time Puppeteer. In the first year they will learn the ins and outs, dos and don'ts of how to handle props, make props, the manipulation and proper handling of all puppets.
